The people at this shop are so helpful and polite. They knew great English, worked with me to get a good design picked, and were very accommodating. They taught me about Vietnam while we ate lunch together that they cooked.
There were some changes I wanted done mid-tattoo and the artist was more than understanding. Lastly, when I was hours into my tattoo and stressed out, they played some of my favorite music to calm me down. I left with beautiful artwork and I can't recommend enough.”

What a great experience! From the moment I walked in I was welcomed like family! We talked about my tattoo while they gave me water and offered me tea. They made an amazing lunch and shared it with everyone who was there. They worked extra hard perfecting my tattoo. Chloe did my art. She took the time to hand stensil my premade art. They had attention to detail when placed the stencil. They noticed small details to fix that I didn't even notice and I'm so glad they did! Chloe spent 5 hours with me to finish my tattoo! Highly recommend Aiden, the owner, but all three of the artists do great work and they treat your tattoo like it’s going on their own body. The guys at Silver Ant where excellent. They replied within minutes of us contacting them and booked us in for the next day. Chloe, who carried out the art work was highly skilled and talented. One of us originally changed the placing of the tattoo, and Chloe was happy to trial the design in different places. All the staff were super friendly, the environment was clean and the managers Kimmie and Vince were incredibly reassuring as this was a first time tattoo for one of us. I would like to say I had a wonderful time at Silver Ant, not only are they extremely professional, fast with communication, they also fed me an extremely wonderful lunch both days during my tattoo. Every person in their staff was extremely helpful in the completion of my unbelievably badass Predator tattoo, I seriously could not have asked for a better experience, I'm sad to say that I don't live close to get more ink. Aiden is an unbelievable artist with an extremely soft hand in his tattooing abilities. Honestly I'm thinking of making another trip to Hanoi Vietnam solely based on getting more ink. Sitting in their shop was like no other I felt like I was in their home perfect environment, perfect people, perfect food, perfect tattoo.

There is no way to say enough nice things about Silver Ant Tattoo and convey what an awesome and positive experience it was in their studio! From the moment you walk in, Kimmie greets you and makes you feel like friends who have known each other for years. I was offered delicious iced tea both times I came in (1 consultation, 1 appointment), and all of the crew inside make you feel welcome immediately. The studio is one of the best, cleanest, and coolest I’ve been in anywhere around the globe. My appointment was with Jax and all I can say is WOW!!! He may look like you will be the first person he’s ever tattooed, but don’t judge a book by it’s cover. Jax is an immensely talented artist with a steady hand and the skill of a seasoned professional. I have no doubt this man has decades of a shinning career ahead of him and will not be surprised if he wins international tattoo awards in the future. There are many positive reviews of tattoo studios in Hanoi, but I can’t see how any can compare to the warmth and passion shown at Silver Ant. Their studio gives greater after care instructions and they even include small packet of ointment. Additionally, the e-mail correspondence and follow up is exceptional. You may come for a tattoo, and you’ll get a great one, but you’ll also feel like you’re leaving with so much more. If you’re wanting a tattoo in Hanoi, look no further!”

These guys are a hidden gem! They operate like family! I was with my partner on the last day of my first ever overseas trip and decided I wanted to mark the memory. I was a 'walk-in' and once I showed them the photos that inspired me they said to come back in 30mins and they'd have one drawn up for me to tweak to my liking. They were spot on! I was very happy with the design, it was like they read my mind! I was in the chair within 20mins and underway! I felt so much more comfortable having one of the guys there speaking excellent English so I knew my requests were understood, but I could tell that even the rest of the guys were quality guys! I had been looking for an artist to finish my sleeve during my upcoming trip to beautiful Vietnam. I originally found Silver Ant on FB and was immediately impressed by photos of the shop and ink work. I messaged them and got a quick response in fluent English, we then had an in depth conversation about my idea and how it was to be done ..I was really impressed with the customer service and advice given. After submitting some examples of what I wanted and what was left to do on my sleeve I was given a quote and time frame and from there I was able to lock in a date. Fast forward 6 months and my wife and I walk into the shop to be greeted by the lovely Kimmi and lots of smiles, shop layout is clean and very stylish and welcoming ....great vibe! I was then introduced to Vince and Aiden who were both very professional, informative and friendly as we worked through the finer details. During the time I spent at Silver Ant I felt totally comfortable and looked after every step of the way. We even got to sit down and have delicious home cooked lunches with the Silver Ant staff. I was lucky enough to have Aiden finish my sleeve and freshen/correct the ink already there.... the result was unvelieveably good. His quality of work speaks for itself and watching him work you know he's a highly skilled perfectionist. I could not be happier with my finished sleeve, especially the new addition of Aiden's tiger. Thankyou Vince, Aiden and Kimmi for the amazing customer service and artwork done,. Best ink shop I've been to! This place is great. It was my first tattoo and after a ton of research I finally found Chloe because she specializes in small, thin line tattoos. I went in for a consultation with her manager who was very patient with me. Finally after only a little back and forth between Chloe, the manager and myself, she made a sketch for me that I LOVED. Chloe was very professional, and so precise, going back and filling in some spots. It only took about a half hour, and it wasn’t very painful at all. I paid $50 total, including a $20 deposit for the sketch. Afterwards they gave me a complimentary little care kit with some cream and instructions and talked me through it. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience! So glad I went with them.”

I’m travelling and wanted a tattoo, an image-something a bit personal for me and also signified my time in vietnam. i gave them my image and they designed a beautiful tattoo for me. I had been delayed in getting in and was to leave Hanoi the following day but they were superb and fitted me in short notice, no ‘beating about the bush’, the design was done and i was in getting inked the same day. The studio has a cool relaxed vibe-i was very comfortable. It’s super clean and sterile. You could see from all their body artwork/tattoos that these guys are top artists/craftsmen! Super happy.
